AI voice agents that engage and convert.
Every call answered, every enquiry captured, every follow-up made — without adding headcount to the phones.
Who it's for
Missed calls are missed work. When the phones ring during a meeting, after hours or while the team is flat out, callers either leave a voicemail that waits for a reply or ring the next business on their list.
3xRMD Voice puts an AI voice agent on those calls. It answers in a natural voice, works out what the caller needs, and does something useful with it — books the appointment, captures the details, or puts the call through to the right person. Every call ends with a record in your systems rather than a note on someone's desk.

What it looks like in practice
Illustrative examples of how this works day to day.
After-hours enquiry
A prospective customer rings at 7pm. The agent explains that it is an AI receptionist, answers their questions from your approved information, takes their details and books a call-back time. Your team starts the next morning with a qualified enquiry instead of a voicemail.
Overflow at reception
During peak periods the agent answers the calls your team can’t get to, handles routine questions such as hours, locations and next steps, and transfers anything that needs a person with a short summary of why the caller is ringing.
Appointment reminders
The day before an appointment, the agent calls to confirm, reschedules if needed, and updates the booking system so the calendar reflects reality.
Designed around your business
Before a voice agent takes a real call, we agree exactly what it handles, what it never handles, and what happens at each decision point. It learns your services, hours and policies from information you approve, connects to your calendar or CRM where needed, and is tested with realistic calls — including the awkward ones — before it goes live.

3xRMD Voice: common questions
Will callers know they're talking to AI?
Yes. We design every voice agent to say it is an AI at the start of the call and, where calls are recorded, to say so. Our own phone line works exactly this way.
What happens when the AI receptionist can't help?
Before launch we agree the exact conditions under which the agent stops and hands over. It can transfer the call to a person, or take a message with the details captured so someone can call back without starting again.
Can it book appointments into our calendar?
Yes, where your calendar or booking system can be connected. We integrate with tools such as Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Acuity Scheduling and Calendly, and with other systems that offer an API.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
It depends on call volume, the systems the agent connects to and what it needs to do. Costs fall into four parts: implementation, usage, integrations and ongoing management.
Can a voice agent make outbound calls?
Yes — for follow-up, reminders and prospecting. Outbound calling has to comply with Australian telemarketing and Do Not Call rules, and campaigns are designed around them from the start.
