3xRMD is led by Sebastian Maciejewski, its founder and director. Sebastian also founded SSDL, an Australian IT and cybersecurity managed services provider, and the 3xRMD team draws on more than a decade of experience designing, securing and supporting business technology environments.
3xRMD was set up as a separate business with a single focus: AI agents and intelligent automation that do real work inside Australian businesses — answering calls, qualifying leads, resolving enquiries and keeping processes moving.
That background is why security and governance sit at the centre of how we build rather than at the end of it. Connecting AI to real systems means thinking carefully about access, permissions and oversight from the first conversation.
